The building was built in the late 17th Century. The ashlar top plinth outlines the parapet along the façade of the building and the modern tile roof. In the attic there are 3 flat top dormer windows with glazing bars and moulded wood eaves and cornices.
2 levels of plain stone stringcourse split the 2 storeys of the coursed rubble and stone dressed façade externally. They run the length of the building to each corner, which are decorated by rusticated quoins.
The 1st floor of the front facing (central horizontal divide) has 3 windows, which are double hung sashes with glazing bars. The central window carries stone architraves with keystone above it.
The 6 panel door has a semi-circular plain fanlight window and has also a stone architrave trimmed with keystone.
